Selling or Buying a house?
Corgi Gas Certificate (CP12)
checking and certifying the safety of your gas appliances and installation
Pat Test x 6
mainly for landlords wishing to certify the electrical appliances in their rented property Short electrical test report and results
testing the RCD and main earthing requirement of the dwelling.
A written report
from a Corgi/NICEIC approved contractor giving results of the present electrical gas and plumbing installation in the dwelling. This can include recommendation to bring the property up to regulation or help you to budget for repairs and safety care should you wish to buy or sell your property.
Other testing/packages are available including NICEIC 'full periodic' 5 year proof testing for your electrical installation, so please ask and we can bolt on or off any of the above, email for a quote.
